- Bergkristall gourmet breakfast from 7.30 to 11.00 a.m.: rethought - partly served, partly you can pick up your wishes at the buffet. As you wish. The finest delicacies such as our Allgäu cheese, regional sausage specialities, homemade spreads and delicious jams, fresh rolls and bread from the local baker, our delicious Berkristall muesli, yogurt and quark from local dairies, juices from our juice shop and much more | Definitely try: the many delicious extras such as the salmon and avocado bowl or the buckwheat and banana pancakes, the warm millet porridge ... you can order the egg dishes at the table from our service team.
- Lunch time with live cooking - fresh and healthy: from 12.30 to 2.00 p.m. with a lunch from the live cooking station, freshly prepared for you, as well as the soup of the day and a small selection of salads of the day.
- In the Bergkristall Atrium - delicious coffee specialites from 11 a.m., cakes in the afternoon from 2.00 to 5.00 p.m.
- Healthy delights à la carte in the evening from 6.30 to 8.30 p.m.: Arrange your evening menu according to your wishes - starter, salad, soup, various main courses, dessert or cheese.
- Green Day once a week - full of energy for the day and an Ayurvedic-inspired lunch
- One a week I ♥ Allgäu Day - today, of course, white sausages, pretzels and Allgäu cheese, spaetzle at lunchtime are a must
- Bergkristall holiday once a week - from the Allgäu yeast loaf for breakfast to the evening menu - cosmopolitan and inspired by the kitchen team
- Vinothek wine shop with 350 different selected wines (for a fee)
- SPA lounge open from 7.00 a.m.: self-service coffee and tea for early risers and fruit, small snacks such as nuts and dried fruit, a small selection of cakes is available from 2.00 p.m. From 12.30 to 2.00 p.m. you can help yourself to the front cooking station in the restaurant in your bathrobe and eat in the spa lounge or, if the weather is nice, on the panoramic terrace.
