Therefore it is not surprising that our restaurant manager, Tobias Reuthebuch, has chosen the vinothek as the heart of the restaurant. Completely glass-enclosed, it houses exquisite wines from Germany, Austria, Italy and other parts of the world – over 350 different wines. Among them is also the Bergkristall Cuvée, highly valued by our guests and family, made from the grape varieties Riesling, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Grigio from the winery Ralf Kühn from Pünderich on the Moselle.
I am always happy to surprise you with the liquid seasoning which will turn your dinner into a warm and cheerful evening.

Our wine connoisseur, restaurant director Tobias Reuthebuch, will be happy to help you find the sweet or extremely strong flavor enhancer for your 5-course meal. If desired, he will give you individual wine recommendations that correspond to your preferences and provide you with hints about the facets that various wines unfold in the glass.
On our elegant Bergkristall Holiday – every Friday – he recommends wines to accompany the gourmet dinner to celebrate this special evening in an extraordinary way.

During our WINE IN THE FOREST experience, you can taste fine white and red wines in the great outdoors with a view of the wild reserve and the mountains of the Bavarian Allgäu (for a fee and in good weather).
