Day Spa included services
- Use of the Kristall SPA including the infinity sports pool, relaxation pool, relaxation rooms, sun deck as well as the "NAGELFLUH" sauna area with event lodge sauna, the Finnish panorama sauna, the "light" organic sauna, the "salty mild" brine steam bath, infrared cabins, Kneipp pool and outdoor living room with wellness relaxation loungers
- Bergkristall gourmet breakfast (from 9:00 to 11:00 am)
- Water, organic tea, coffee, nuts, fruit and other little things in our SPA lounge
- From 12:30 to 2:00 pm, you can help yourself to the front cooking station in the restaurant in your bathrobe and eat in the SPA lounge or, if the weather is nice, on the panorama terrace
- Spa basket with bathrobe and towels on loan
About the Day Spa
- We offer day spa at the resort Bergkristall only after prior registration and in conjunction with the packages that can be booked.
- Your pampering day in the day spa lasts from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
- On your day spa pampering day, please check in at the reception. Then we will accompany you to the breakfast buffet or to the Kristall SPA.
- Cancellation of day spa reservations: If you are unable to take advantage of your booked day in the spa, we kindly ask you to cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise we will have to charge for the treatments unless we can reschedule the alotted time. We appreciate your understanding.
- Unused services from an offer cannot be refunded.
